WEEK 15:  Lesson Plans for November 19th - 20th

Chemistry - We finished the measurement unit with a 2 day test and are beginning to learn about the atom and its discovery.  Students were given a pre-test on drawing a picture of the iron atom and labeling the protons, neutrons, electrons, and nucleus as well as answering questions about its outer shell electrons and bonding potential.  At the end of the unit, this model will be examined again by the students to see if we are able to improve upon it.

Monday:

Tuesday:

Advanced Chemistry - While studying Chernobyl in our nuclear chemistry unit, we will be watching a video in class over this topic.
