AP Chemistry looks at inter and intramolecular forces!

AP students used their knowledge of inter and intramolecular forces this week to determine whether of not food coloring possesses polar covalent, non-polar covalent, or ionic bonding and also to explain why mixing 50 mL of distilled water and 50 mL of pure ethanol does not add up to 100 mL!  Why the shrinkage?  Ask your AP student to explain!
